Indobusiness - Minister of Industry MS Hidayat said the government will announce a policy of subsidized fuel price hike today, Friday (06/21/2013). Currently, the government is finalizing the preparation of the fuel price hike.
"This luncheon plenary meeting, likely to be announced tomorrow Friday night (the fuel price hike.) But, instead of me announcing," Hidayat said after a coordination meeting at the office of Bank Indonesia (BI) Jakarta, Thursday (20/6/2013 ).
Hidayat added, with a policy of fuel price increases that will be announced tomorrow, claiming the government has also set up a compensation fund package of subsidized fuel price hike.
"The compensation package is ready, it is ready to be transferred," he added.
In the same place, the Head of Bappenas / National Development Planning Minister Armida Alisjahbana said the government would conduct a plenary session at 14:00 pm. Any increase in fuel socialization meetings have already been conducted with Vice President Boediono.
"The issue of fuel price hike announcement, I do not want to talk. Though know, I should not say," said Armida.
Minister for the Economy Hatta Rajasa also still reluctant to comment on the announcement of the subsidized fuel price hike. "Just wait," said Hatta short.
