Difi added that this provision does not directly restrict the amount of foreign currency against the rupiah purchases by customers to the bank, whether conducted by the PVA and other economic actors. Specifically for the purchase of foreign exchange equivalent to 100,000 U.S. dollars per month, customers only need to submit bank statements related to the purchase of foreign currency.
