CIMB Niaga Launches "CIMB Niaga Community Cares"

Indobusiness - PT Bank CIMB launched Niaga CIMB Niaga Community Care, which is expected to bring together stakeholders to be involved in various social activities.

This was stated by Vice President Director of CIMB Niaga D. James Rompas Houses in Park City, sanggan Buana, Middle Reef, Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, Saturday (20/04/2013).

According to James, the launch of this community is a part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) Bank CIMB Niaga. With the presence of this community, the direct involvement of people in social activities is expected to be further improved.

"We do have a number of CSR programs in fields such as education, community development and empowerment, the environment, and Philanthropy. Community is expected to be a driving program that we do," said James.

James added, for activities related to the environment, CIMB Niaga conduct tree planting activities jointly undertaken Biodiversity Foundation (KEHATI). CIMB Niaga in activities with Environmental Care KEHATI, environmental preservation efforts in the area of Java, Guest Houses and Garden Care in Sumatra with a total value of program worth USD 500 million.
