Dahlan Iskan Respon About Pertamina, Peruri & RNI Build a Skyscraper

Indobusiness - Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Dahlan Iskan respond to some red plate companies busy to plan the building of skyscrapers. The plan tall buildings will be built on land owned by the respective state.

Dahlan fully submit the matter to the state, as long as it has many benefits for the company. He also approved the utilization of unused or idle land owned by state-owned enterprises to build skyscrapers.

"Cook the assets are left, each year the United Nations pay (property tax), should watch, if not it will occupied people, if you want to take tough," said Dahlan at Reuters Headquarters Jakarta, Tuesday (02/19/2013).

Some state-owned enterprises such as PT Pertamina (Persero), and Peruri Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) plans to build a skyscraper land by using their property. But Dahlan said, to reduce the cost of land we can use mutual synergy between SOEs.

"Suppose there is one company, has 300 m2, in the middle of the housing. Was used as a ground for the garbage heap. He must pay the United Nations, it should. Its like it should be cooperated with other state-owned concern to the property, "said Dahlan.
