
Director General of Foreign Trade Ministry of Commerce, Bahr Chairi, Sunday (03/17/2013), said the owner of garlic importer in Tanjung Perak has completed a Registered Importer document, Recommendations Horticultural Products Import and Import Approval.
"God willing, tomorrow Monday around 10 900 tonnes or the equivalent of 332 containers of garlic ready to qualify," he said.
He said a total of 531 containers of garlic stuck in Tanjung Perak. Of that total, 332 containers passed and could be released into the market. The remaining 199 containers, remains to be studied in-depth, whether it will be released to the market or not.
